| Bear Shadow Cottage vacation rental sits at the edge of Lake Sebec in the heart of the Maine wilderness. Dover-Foxcroft is 15 mins. away. Bangor is an hours drive S.E. All the comforts of home are here. The bathroom has just been remodeled and a 4ft. shower was added. This Maine waterfront vacation cottage has a washer/dryer combo in the cellar with a walk out to the lake. A large deck provides al fresco dining and lounging for family and friends. There is a gas grill and large table w/chairs. The living room is bright and airy with lots of room, Direct TV and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy yourself. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and ample closet space. The upstairs bedroom has 2 full size beds and more beds are available, including 2 on the porch. The view from the porch is spectacular. Glorious sunrises in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Enjoy both from the full length glassed in porch that faces east to west and out to Sebec Lake. There's also an outside fire-pit for cozy evening fires and outdoor relaxation. |
